It’s I Dunnokemon, evolution style!

I challenged myself by not only drawing Pokemon I’m unfamiliar with, but also having to make it look like they evolve into one another! This will be in the I Dunnokemon redux book I’ll be selling at Heroescon, along with a couple of others!

As far as descriptions go, I changed the rules to be 3 sentences or less, so I wouldn’t get so eerily accurate. 
So here we go, Bagon, Shelgon, and Salamence

“Bagon is a short, blue, T-rex-looking POkemon. He has stubby arms, two toes, no tail at all, one fang poking up from each side of his moth, and a hard protected head that goes down his back. He has a yellow belly that ends in a point, yellow jaw, and a yellow circle where his ears would be.”

“Shelgon, Bagon’s evolved form, looks like a quadruped Bagon cocooned into a volleyball, but his blue skin is now dark grey and his yellow parts are now red. The volleyball/cocoon is made of six pads, and where they intersect, you see Shelgon’s eyes peering out. Bagon and Sheldon share a dream of flying one day, hoping to achieve flight with his final form.”

“Evolving from Shelgon and achieving his dream of flight, Salamance is a blue, quadruped dragon, with red under his neck, tail, and wings. Salamance’s neck and tail are long, with 3 blue spikes protruding from each side of his face. His new wings look like solid-red ax-heads, and he has 3 pads under his body, similar to Shelgon’s volleyball pads.”
